  • Membership is not required to book a service at the LifeSpa. Each service includes a complimentary day pass to LifeTime. Arrive up to two hours early to enjoy a workout, steam, sauna, and other premium amenities before or after your appointment.

  • To enter the club, members can use their membership card or app to scan in, while non-members will need to check in with a Front Desk Concierge team member with your ID. Once checked in, proceed to the LifeSpa reception desk.

  • We are a cashless business and accept all major credit cards, LifeSpa Gift Cards, and digital wallets like Apple Pay.

  • Call the salon at 262-899-7124 if you need to cancel your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any changes. No-show appointments will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s), and cancellations or rescheduling without 24 hours' notice may result in a 50% charge.

  • Every LifeSpa Guest receives 2 hours of complimentary child care on the day of their service for children 1 year and up.

    Infants are taken on a reservation basis starting at 12 weeks old.

    Childcare hours for 2 years or older:
    Mon - Thu: 8am - 1pm, 4pm - 8pm
    Fri - Sat: 8am - 1pm
