cancellation policy

A cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% of the total service reserved will be charged for any appointment changes within 24hrs of your appointment time.

A no-show, no call fee of 100% of the service reserved will be charged if you do not show up to your appointment.

I guarantee my work. If you are not completely satisfied, contact me within one week of your appointment to determine what adjustments need to be made to exceed your expectations.

Late Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment to a later date and be subject to 50% payment based off the cancellation/rescheduling policy

Unless children are getting a service, they are not allowed in the salon. We strive to keep this a relaxing environment for all LifeSpa guests. LifeTime offers 2-hours of free childcare at the Kids Academy. Please plan accordingly.
